Run by the non-profit Hamilton Pastoral & Agricultural Society, the Hamilton Exhibition and Conference Centre offers a selection of indoor facilities, suitable for a variety of events – From Conferences, exhibitions and gala dinners, located less than a kilometre from the Hamilton CBD. The Hamilton Exhibition and Conference Centre boasts one of the largest state of the art integrated conference, event and function spaces in Hamilton. Our fantastic location and contemporary facilities set the stage for gatherings of all sizes and styles. Specialising in large conferences, trade shows and gala dinners whilst also catering for smaller, intimate events and corporate meetings.
The Hamilton Exhibition and Conference Centre offer 3 well-appointed events spaces, a spacious atrium, along with a commercial kitchen and bar which can be utilised separately or combined to suit events of up to 800 attendees, depending on your personal requirements.
Dundas & Napier Room
The Dundas and Napier Rooms can be utilised separately or in conjunction with each other, offering a full length acoustic retractable wall. The spaces offer floor to ceiling windows offering an abundance of natural light along with complimentary in house audio visual equipment, including:
- Roof mounted data projector & screens (2)
- Handheld microphones (3)
- Wi-Fi
Entertainment Centre
The Entertainment Centre is separated by a full length acoustic retractable wall from the Napier Room and is suitable for larger events. The space offers a large stage, lighting bars and forklift/ truck access.
The Atrium
Offering beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the showgrounds, The Atrium is the perfect space to offer conference catering, pre-dinner cocktails or utilise as additional trade space – The Atrium offers independent access to all function spaces and entry into the Convention Centre.
The Hamilton Exhibition and Conference Centre can be hired as a venue only, or catering inclusive.
